June 6, 2023

Presenter:

Rebecca West, CEO, Seriously Happy Homes

CEUs: .1
What You Will Learn

Learn how to lead exterior color consultations that are not only fun and profitable, but that leave your clients happy and confident in their color selections! Having the skill and talent to choose great paint colors for your clients is only the first step in leading profitable color consultations that leave your clients calm and confident in the color choices.

In this webinar Rebecca West of Seriously Happy Homes will share the exact A-Z process she uses on her consults. There’s a reason her seriously happy clients call her “the Color Whisperer” and “the Queen of Color” – and why her painter-colleagues say that their clients are *more confident* after working with Rebecca than with their other referral partners. Come learn some of her tips and tricks so you, too, can be a calm and confident color specialist!

During this session, you will:

  • Discover ways to effectively prep your client for the consult, learn what questions to ask during the consult, and get familiar with which details to listen for (beyond their answer) to know if you are on the right track with your color suggestions.
  • Takeaway phrases and tricks for pulling important information out of clients, getting couples on the same page, and nudging them toward a choice you’re sure they’ll love (even when they are nervous).
  • Learn *exactly* how the Seriously Happy Homes team starts and stops an exterior color consult, how they write up their color selections, and what fine print they use to make sure the client understands that – in the end – they are in charge of the colors that get painted on their home.
